During the check out process, your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, credit card information, and information about your interests in and use of various products, programs, and services are collected. Your account user name and password are collected at this time as well. Please note that your user name is your email address and you may create your own unique password.
If you forget your password you can request to have your password emailed to your email address. For security reasons, Gamingmouse.com does not store sensitive credit card information on our servers.
To view your account history click My Account at any time to view your Gamingmouse.com order history and track the status of your orders placed online. In order to view the information in the My Account section of the site you must first log in using your username and password. Remember your user name is your email address.

Updating Personal Information
Log on to gamingmouse.com and click My Account to update your personal information online. You can also call 510.549.3990 and a Gamingmouse.com sales representative can change your information for you. You must first state your user name and password, prior to any change of information. If you have lost or do not remember your password please send an email from the email account/address you used to register. We will only send password information to the email address listed under the account/address. Password information cannot be given out over the phone.
The information collected during registration is used to primarily process and ship your order and/or catalog. Your account information is maintained privately on our secure web servers. Occasionally, unless otherwise requested during the check out process, Gamingmouse.com may share information about our customers with affiliated companies and other reputable third party vendors in order to enhance the service we provide.
